Who We Are

Sam

Sam has lived and worked in New York, California, Florida and now calls Montana home. She has organized and hosted events including intimate dinner parties, as well as 400-guest weddings over her 15+ year career. Recently, Sam has shifted her focus from exclusive event planning and coordinating to include cooking, catering, staffing, teaching, cooking and mixology. Sam and Jade met in 2015 and became fast friends with common interests and passions. After nearly 2 years of research, experimentation, recipe development and consulting with local growers, manufacturers and other professionals in the cannabis industry, Party Mountain Wild Dish is finally open for business!

Chef Jade

Jade Creason grew up in Gallatin Valley. She has worked the ins and outs of restaurants from casual eats to fine dining. She was sous chef at one of the area’s most popular establishments for several years before she decided to pursue her true passion. After cheffing around the valley for over a decade, Jade took her culinary skills to new territory- she began to develop recipes and products for a local cannabis dispensary where she learned precise techniques, accurate dosing and more about cannabis culture and “elevated” dining. Jade has a passion for bold flavors and is excited to provide guests not only with a delicious meal, but an unforgettable experience. When she’s not creating in the kitchen, Jade enjoys being in the mountains, bird watching and exploring new things with her family.
